I didn't see your blog post. I saw you wrote on your page what your production company is all about. You'll get much more attention and promotion if you post the info as a blog. Go to the main page, at the bottom you'll see a blog post. Create a new one for your self. That way anyone who visits will see it.
Also it helps if you customize/personalize your page, also adding your profile photo or a logo. Much better than shaded avatar.
